SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging program operated by DiMassimo, Inc., doing business as DiGo ("DiGo," "we," "us," or "our").

Program description

By texting one of our keywords to our number, you consent to receive text messages from DiGo about scheduling and following up on the complimentary call you requested. You opt in by texting us first, either in response to an invitation given during a live presentation or on a displayed slide.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. DiGo does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation and will not send any further messages unless you rejoin by replying START.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to the capabilities of your mobile carrier. Availability may vary by carrier and is not guaranteed.
