When you text one of our keywords to our number, you consent to receive text messages from DiGo related to scheduling and following up on the call you requested. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information (including your phone number or SMS opt-in consent) will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through our text program, including your name, company, email, and mobile number, is used solely to communicate with you about the call you requested and related scheduling.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our messaging and scheduling (for example, our messaging platform and calendar-scheduling provider), only as needed to deliver the service you requested and under obligations of confidentiality. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of our communications, after which we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our standard practices.
