The firm named its IDEA: classical proportion as a teachable, defensible discipline. A recurring video series, active lecture schedule, and sustained press presence make that IDEA audible across channels.

The category best because they answered the B.H.O.Q. and built the media engine. They are not in the same market segment as Melhorn, which is exactly the point: their distance makes the lesson usable.

Melhorn's strongest asset is a body of editorial-grade work and press recognition rivaling much larger, more established firms, built in roughly thirteen years under one founder's direct creative oversight.

None of the three field competitors have translated a comparably strong founder narrative into a consistent first-person platform either. Mangone competes on tenure and affordability. KHORA has an IDEA it has not fully committed to. Fairfax and Sammons is the exception, and they are not a direct competitor in market or geography. The lane is open.

Commoditization never sleeps, but it cannot touch a brand that has answered the B.H.O.Q. Melhorn already has the proof. The question is whether the IDEA gets named before the market decides Melhorn is simply the best-photographed firm in Jupiter.
