    Going up?

    Lee Goldstein, President

After double-majoring in Psychology and Advertising, Lee began his career as a writer at OgilvyOne and Harris Drury Cohen. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to DIGO in 1998, and at the age of 24 he became the youngest partner of any high-profile advertising agency in the country. Lee lives in Westchester, with his wife and sons.

    What is your personal brand?
“Go.” I’m here to put the Go in DiGo, to make sure every thing is in place for my colleagues to do their best work and for our clients to grow beyond their expectations.

    What drives you?
I’m driven by the need to prove myself to myself every day. I’d driven by setting increasingly higher expectations. And, I’m driven by the people around me, who are constantly raising their games, and by doing so, challenge me to raise mine.

Tell us a personal growth story.
My whole story is a growth story. I’ve been financially independent since I was 17 years old. I put myself through college, moved to New York and learned the business and how to both lead and follow through hard-won personal experience. It’s all growth. And I’m not done. There’s a lot more lessons to learn, a lot more growing to do. Let’s Go!
