    Proove. Yes, that’s my company’s brand, but it’s also my personal brand: accountable, actionable and measurable. And willing to prove it, not just say it.

    What drives you?
    I’m driven to be supportive of my colleagues and my family by being as honest and passionate as I can be.

    Tell us a personal growth story?
    Challenges come from all directions, personal and professional. Sometimes, it’s the most mundane accomplishments that lead to the greatest growth. After more than eight years living in Manhattan, I just moved into a house in suburbia that came with any number of fix-up projects — with just me in the role of super. Very intimidating for a guy like me. And yet, with the support of my loved ones, some new tools and the internet, they are getting done. And, with each one down, my confidence goes up. Learning to take on challenges, no matter where they come from — and to make the most of that learning — is the best kind of growth
